MEET THE FOUNDER
Olivia Hancock is the founder and editor-in-chief of Thrifty Minor. Olivia created Thrifty Minor when she realized that the world wide web was lacking a platform specifically for fashion loving teens like herself who possess a minuscule budget. Throughout her budding career in journalism, Olivia has also worked alongside successful companies like Teen Diaries, Pretty Girls Sweat, and
Her Campus. She currently holds titles such as Teen Diaries Teen Reporter (Check out her published work here) and High School Ambassador for Her Campus. In addition, Olivia has collaborated with brands ranging from Beauteque to Rocksbox. The ambitious teen hails from Connecticut, but currently resides in Georgia, where she is now a high school student.
When she’s not working on articles and interviews for Thrifty Minor, you can find her tucked away flipping through the latest issue of Seventeen that came in the mail or catching up on episodes of Empire and HTGAWM!
